Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tejaas mobile application ("App" or "Service") operated by MOYMICS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Tejaas, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tejaas app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tejaas is an AI-powered nutrition tracking application that allows users to:

• Log meals using voice or text input in Hindi and English
• Track calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat intake
• Monitor water consumption and workout activities
• Set personalized nutrition goals based on body metrics
• View nutrition analytics and progress reports
• Track weight and share progress

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Tejaas, you must create an account via Google Sign-In or Phone OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Free Tier: Limited daily voice analyses and basic tracking features
• Pro Subscription: Unlimited features available via in-app subscription
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app Settings
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (see refund.html)

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Tejaas uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o-mini) to analyze meals and provide nutritional estimates. Please note:

• Nutritional data provided is an estimate and may not be 100% accurate
• Tejaas is not a medical device and should not replace professional medical or dietary advice
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes
• We are not responsible for health outcomes based on app-provided data

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person

7. Intellectual Property

The Tejaas name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of MOYMICS PRIVATE LIMITED. The App's code, design, AI models, and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of Tejaas is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• MOYMICS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Tejaas
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any health consequences arising from dietary decisions made based on the App's nutritional data

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete All My Data. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 7 working days.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
