Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tejaas mobile application ("App" or "Service") operated by Adxinfinity Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Tejaas, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tejaas is an AI-powered nutrition tracking application that allows users to log meals (via voice, text, or photo), track water intake, log workouts, and receive personalized calorie and macronutrient targets. The App is designed primarily for users in India and focuses on Indian food and dietary habits.

3. User Accounts

• You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information in your profile.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free and Premium Plans

• Free Plan: Includes basic meal logging (text input), water tracking, gym tracking, and analytics with limited voice logs per day.
• Pro Plan (₹199/month): Unlimited voice logging, priority AI analysis, and advanced analytics features.

Pricing may change with prior notice. Active subscriptions will continue at the rate at which they were purchased until the end of the billing cycle.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Pro plan payments are processed through Razorpay or the Google Play billing system.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App or Google Play settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

• If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase.
• Refund requests after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• To request a refund, email hello@tejaas.in with your account email and reason.

7. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you submit (meal logs, voice recordings, profile data).
• By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models and food database.
• We will never share your personal meal logs publicly or with third parties for advertising.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the App
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated systems to access the App (bots, scrapers)
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure

The Tejaas name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of Adxinfinity Private Limited. The App's code, design, AI models, and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of the App
• We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures beyond our control
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@tejaas.in. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. We encourage users to first contact us at hello@tejaas.in to resolve any issues amicably before pursuing legal action.
